Well here it is day 2. More kids have started to enter the library, and the sad part is school don't start till next week. Most of them know me and respect me so there are very little problems. I just have to stay visitable and maintain that presence. Within a few weeks we will have the Home Work Help Center started, I am anxious to see what issues that will bring. Hopefully one day soon I will figure out how to publish my blog so all can read. Until next time. C Ya

back to school

Well it has been a short yet fun summer, that is now coming to an end. The kids will going back to school next week. This will once again create new challenges for me at work. I am the Security Officer at the library. parents will have their children report to the library once they are out of school for the day, and there they will remain until the parent gets off work. Some kids come in and do what they are suppose to do and others take it as a rec. center where they can run and play. I am the enforcer and will correct negative behavior. I enjoy my position here at the library, I work with a group of the greatest staff one could ask for, And my supervisor is the best. She believe in me and support most of my decisions, and those that she may have questions about, she will sit discuss other way that might be better. Well that is it for now. This is my first blog. come back for more, because the more I learn the more I will have to say.
